Introducing Nicky, our Relocation Specialist – Team Lead

BTR International introduces Nicky Hillier in her role as Relocation Specialist – Team Lead. Nicky brings a wealth of international relocation experience to her role, which she started in June 2023.

‘My role is varied and extremely interesting,’ says Nicky. ‘As Relocation Specialist – Team Lead I’m involved with managing moves as well as developing and coordinating my team. For example, I’m currently involved with managing a large group move and developing our international relocation processes. Alongside ensuring we meet the requirements of assignees and their families, I support the team with coaching and training.

Nicky adds: ‘I am thoroughly enjoying my work at BTR. Every day is different. I am still learning, even after 23 years in the industry! There are two aspects to working with BTR that I especially appreciate. Firstly, the opportunities within the organisation are endless, so there is plenty of scope for personal growth. Also, the company culture and my colleagues are great! Everyone has been extremely welcoming … BTR has a genuine family feel to it.’
