Lee has a strong pedigree in the removal and relocation industry. For over 35 years, he has worked across all roles within the sector, gaining a first-hand understanding of the requirements, pressures and potential involved. He has been instrumental in developing BTR into the award-winning, global organisation it is today, helping to shape and grow the business for 25 years.

Abigail has been working in the global mobility industry for 25 years, with a strong track record of driving service excellence and enhanced customer engagement. She has extensive strategic and operational experience gained in the global relocation industry.
Tim has been working in the workforce mobility sector for 20 years, gaining experience in freight forwarding, managing partner networks, and global move management. This expertise combined with his own international relocation from Zimbabwe in southern Africa to the UK gives him a detailed understanding of the issues involved with workforce mobility – from a client and assignee perspective.

Louise has been involved in the moving and global mobility industry for 20 years in a variety of roles. Her experience includes logistics, government contracts and the moving of household goods.
Finance & Accounts Manager
Samir has been working in Finance & Accounts on a global basis for more than 14 years, eight of which have been based in the relocation industry. He has been instrumental in managing various projects to successful completion.
