Introducing Vineeta – our Manager Customer Service GMMS

We are pleased to introduce Vineeta Tokas, BTR Internationals Manager Customer Service GMMS. With 15 years of experience in the relocation industry, she joined BTRs Global Mobility Management Services team in 2021.



Vineeta’s role is very people-orientated. She manages the customer service team for two large, global contracts ensuring that clients receive consistently excellent service. With a natural flare for attention to detail, Vineeta ensures that each move is completed with the utmost efficiency whilst meeting client and assignee requirements. “I manage relocation services for BTR, ensuring we deliver perfect positive service scores for each move that we handle,” explains Vineeta. “This involves monitoring the progress of each move, answering clients’ questions and resolving any issues quickly and effectively.” As team manager she is also responsible for training and motivating her team, setting goals to meet the needs of each colleague.

Vineeta loves the variety involved with her role and the opportunity it gives her to make a genuine difference to the service received by BTR’s clients. She explains: “I really enjoy interacting with different assignees and knowing I have a positive impact on their moving experience. My job is versatile, with the opportunity to collaborate, innovate, meet targets, help others, or challenge myself. I am passionate about giving my clients a hassle-free relocation service.
