Introducing Suzanne Our International Corporate Manager (BGRS)

BTR International introduces Suzanne Sells in her role as International Corporate Manager (BGRS).



Suzanne has been working in the relocations and removals industries for many years, first joining BTR in 2013. She brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the team.

Her role involves the day-to-day running of the BGRS corporate account … and much, much more!

“I enjoy speaking with the assignee at the very early stage of their relocation, booking surveys, discussing customs formalities, insurance and giving an overview to the client. This part of my role gives me the opportunity to ensure that our relocation services are truly tailored to each individual’s needs. It’s also a great opportunity to answer any questions and reassure them if they have concerns. I then pass the enquiry to one of the four designated Move Managers I work with, and they manage the implementation of the specific services required.

“I enjoy the variety that my role entails. For example, I also look after VIP clients for other key corporate accounts and agents, plus I manage the BGRS auditors. Training team members new to the move management role is another important part of my work and I currently work with two trainees. We want to ensure that our high standards are delivered across BTR.  

“I love working with a wide variety of people and am amazed at how similar we are regardless of our background or country of origin. One of the best aspects of working with BTR is the fantastic team I work with. I love the diversity and approachability of our team. We have a common goal to succeed and everyone is happy to help. More recently, we’ve introduced hybrid working, offering an extra aspect of flexibility suiting the needs of our clients.”
