BTR were again one of the lead sponsors for Mick Harford’s Prostate Cancer Charity day at Aldwickbury Golf Club in Harpenden, Herts.

On a pleasant October day, around 70 golfers joined Mick for a round followed by lunch and an entertaining interview with Luton Town legend David Platt. Representing BTR was Barrie Gilmour, Director Client Experience, who was joined by Graham Dennis, Liam Robinson and Paul Beadle. While the golf from the team say a mid-field finish, it was all for an excellent cause and everyone had an enjoyable day.

“We have been supporting Mick and his efforts to highlight Prostate Cancer for a number of years and we share his passion to make sure all men are checked regularly.” Said Lee Brewin, BTR’s CEO. “With 1 in 8 men likely to be diagnosed with the disease, we all need to play our part in increasing awareness”.
