Business Development Executive

Job objective

Responsible for successfully converting leads and enquiries into Sales.


Key responsibilities

Operational (Direct ownership)

  • Keep a track of budget for the sales and highlight any deviations to the SM & Business Development
  • Generate sales leads and make cold calls
  • Support in formulating and executing sales plan
  • Handle all incoming calls of customers. Undertake proactive measures to convert potential enquiry into business
  • Create customer profiles to make outgoing calls
  • Manage the sales coordination
  • Keep record of sales trends
  • Keep record of sales leads and monitor achievement of sales targets
  • Speak to customers for need assessment and then setup surveys
  • Provides necessary data and reports to the SM & Business Development

Customer (Direct ownership)

  • Develop strong customer relationships through appropriate client communication and the use of professional, courteous and ethical interpersonal interaction

  • Communication within Branch service delivery, Operations and Pricing Team

  • Graduate

Experience 

  • Experience of 3-5 years in handling customer service/sales
