What data do we collect?

At BTR International, we want to know our customers well and we seek the following information in our enquiry forms:

  • Personal Identification /information (Name, Email address and Phone number).
  • Your consent to receive notifications of special offers or promotions which may involve or be provided by us, or selected and trusted third parties.
  • Information required to enable us to provide you with services.

  • Details of any enquiry, claim, or complaint you make in relation to the services.
  • Information on where you are moving to/from, which company they belong to (if it is an enquiry from a corporation).   

How do we collect data?

The information we require, is collected through:

  • Direct interactions. You may give us your information by filling in the enquiry form on our website or by corresponding with us by post, phone, email or otherwise.
  • Automated technologies or interactions. As you interact with our website, we may automatically collect technical data about your equipment, browsing actions and patterns. We collect this personal data by using cookies, and other similar technologies.

How will we use your data?

BTR is aware that opt-in consent would be required for any “special offers”, marketing emails etc and for any data sharing with “Please Connect Me” and “Halo Financial” (all referred to in Privacy Notice).  No such marketing or data sharing currently takes place.

We may process your personal data outside the UK, but only in the context of delivering requested relocation services to you outside the UK.

How do we store your data?

We employ security measures to protect your information from access by unauthorized persons/entities and against unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction and damage. We shall retain your information for a reasonable period as mentioned below or for as long as the law requires.

We shall store your information for 365 days. Thereafter, the information provided by you will be deleted. All Financial Data to be kept for 7 years.

Marketing/Advertising

With your consent, we shall use your data to send you information about our services and offers and the products and services of our partner companies, which we may, from the information collected from you, consider as suitable for you or you may be an existing customer who avail (or negotiated to avail) a similar service from us in the past.

You will have the option to opt out/ unsubscribe from receiving such information by emailing.

Our website contains external links to other websites. The present Privacy policy/ notice is strictly applicable only to this website and to none others.
