Introducing Jason, our Director of Agents and Operations

BTR International introduces Jason Franco in his role as Director of Agents and Operations.

Relationships and value are key drivers within Jason’s role. He leads BTR’s Relocation Management Company (RMC) and agent teams involving a wide network of contacts. In addition, Jason heads up UK operations. His role is very people-orientated, which he thoroughly enjoys.

“I work very closely with agents and suppliers across the world, including the onboarding of new agents to BTR’s agent portfolio,” says Jason. “It’s important that our agents reflect BTR’s core values of customer care, tailored client solutions and responsiveness.

“My role combines building and nurturing these important relationships together with detailed analysis of tonnage reports and reciprocity. It’s an interesting combination and I enjoy the variety it brings to my work.

Jason has been involved with International shipping, UK Operations and account management for over 25 years. He relishes the chance to pass on his knowledge of UK imports and shipping to his close-knit team. “At BTR, I’m empowered to make things happen operationally build agent relationships with new and existing overseas agents, many of whom I can now call friends! thoroughly enjoy the people-aspect of my role.”
